A permit for demolition had to be obtained. For a demolition permit, it was necessary to get a Section 29 form completed and approved from council, a copy Certificate of Land Title, a copy of the owners authorization, a copy of our public liability and an asset protection order from the council.
Once these documents were gathered together, a licences demolition company is engaged.
