Some builders tend to avoid working with sloping sites.

We have experience with working with sites of every type as can be seen by these picture.  This is a 4 unit site with a serious slope.

The owners built one unit for themselves to live in a sold the other 3 units off the plan.

 
 

 

 

Transformation

 Completion stage shows the complete transformation.  From a construction site, into a family home or a sensational investment property.

Fix stage

Once the 'Lock Up Stage' of construction  has bee completed, we begin work on the interiors.
This stage is called the FIX Stage.

Fix stage includes: cabinetry, kitchens, tiling, plaster and painting, architraves, skirts and doors, built in shelves, baths, basins. troughs, sinks and wardrobes.

Flooring is installed.  Walls are painted.
